Browser Tip

It is important to keep the latest approved internet browsers up to date to ensure an optimal Lightning Bolt experience. Here are the browsers and minimum versions we recommend: Chrome (87, or 89 and greater), Microsoft Edge (80 and greater), Firefox (84.0 and greater).

Keyboard Tip

In Editor, when you select the Fill Tool you can select a provider to enter on the schedule by typing their name.



The Fill Toolbox will recognize your keystrokes and start to filter down the list of personnel. For a by assignment view, you would search the assignment name.



Once the name of the provider or assignment is showing in the Fill Toolbox, click enter on your keyboard. You can then add the selected provider into the open slots. Clicking an existing provider’s slot on the schedule will replace that provider with the name showing in the Fill Toolbox.



Access the Fill Tool quicker by using a right click! Right clicking any slot in Editor will open three potential options. “Use” will select the name of the provider you right clicked into the Fill Toolbox for quick entry of that provider. “Empty” will delete a provider from that slot. “Add Slot” will add an additional demand slot to the assignment for that day.

The latest version of the Lightning Bolt iOS mobile app is available for download. It will also be available shortly through the Google Play store.

The updated app now includes features:

  • My Schedule – Quick access to your schedule and the ability to toggle between a list view and calendar view
  • AnesthesiaGo – See your daily case schedule
  • New Navigation – Seamlessly navigate between My Schedule, All Schedules, and AnesthesiaGo
  • New Settings Menu – Centralized access to user settings
  • New View/Edit Details Screen – Updated to reduce the steps to modify your schedule
