Ochsner Health Optimizes Schedules to Improve Clinician Wellness

The latest version of the Lightning Bolt mobile app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.

New iOS features include:

  • A warning will now display on the login screen if “Login” is pressed and either the username or password are blank
  • Views with Compact Mode set to “On” will now display the compact name, rather than the display name
  • Assignments that start on the previous day and have not yet ended are now visible in the On Today view
  • Granted/Denial notes now appear for requests in mobile

New Android features include:

  • My schedule – Quick access to your schedule and the ability to toggle between a list view and calendar view
  • AnesthesiaGo – See your daily case schedule
  • New Navigation – Seamlessly navigate between MySchedule, All Schedules, and AnesthesiaGo
  • New Settings Menu – Centralized access to user settings
  • New View/Edit Details Screen – Updated to reduce the steps to modify your schedule
  • Push Notifications** – Receive push notifications for schedule/request changes
  • A warning will now display on the login screen if “Login” is pressed and either the username or password are blank
  • Views with Compact Mode set to “On” will now display the compact name, rather than the display name
  • Granted/Denial notes now appear for requests in mobile

**In order to receive notifications, the department in Lightning Bolt must be configured to allow for notifications. The user also needs to belong to a User Access Role that permits notifications.
