Position: Inside Sales/Account Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Expanding customer prospect list
  • Turn online registrants into customers
  • Act as primary contact for new clients
  • Present online demonstration of software product to prospects
  • Create marketing material
  • Attend trade shows and exhibit product
  • Create proposals and quotes
  • Analyze customer requirements and describe how software product would meet their needs
  • Help address the staffing shortage in the health care industry

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have integrity
  • Must be able to understand and process technically complex concepts
  • Must have knowledge of current information technology systems in healthcare
  • Must have strategic sales and account planning abilities
  • Must have proven track record of sales achievement over a 3-year period
  • Must have excellent communication/problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must have technical/analytical skills
  • Must be able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment

Position: Application Consultant/Customer Support Representative

Description:

You will be responsible for interviewing clients, analyzing their requirements and setting-up the software based on their specific requirements. Once the software has been set-up, you will also be responsible for helping clients with problems that may occur with their configuration.

You will answer customer calls, assist clients in isolating problems and walk-through corrective steps with the client. Based on your experience in this process, you will suggest methods to organize/simplify/streamline this process.

Successful candidates will learn how to effectively handle many calls, process them efficiently, and help address the staffing shortage in the health-care industry.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Excellent communication/problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated, strong interpersonal skills
  • Troubleshooting and analysis skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Good understanding of Internet technologies
  • Familiar with ASP models
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a technical support organization

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with programming
  • Experience with maintaining databases and writing queries in SQL
  • Experience in the health care industry
  • Knowledge and experience in working with LAN/WAN infrastructure technologies and web hosting
  • Experience with staff scheduling software
