With JustInTime Solution, users log-in to servers residing at Lightning Bolt Solutions scheduling center. This is an attractive solution to our clients who do not wish to maintain or upgrade any software or hardware. In this subscription model, users can create and view schedules from anywhere, provided they have a connection to the internet. Clients get free upgrades to software and do not need to own any extra hardware, other than a computer with a web browser. Technical support works with the scheduler at your clinic or hospital to generate a fair, accurate schedule meeting individual and institutional needs.
By using Microsoft Remote Desktop technology, technical support at Lightning Bolt Solutions can concurrently log-in with the scheduler to view the same screen along with sharing keyboard/mouse activities to better address your questions. Our clients have found this to be an excellent medium for getting training on the software.
